The Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care offers respiratory care practitioners the skills needed to advance in today's health care environment. In addition to courses in advanced respiratory care specialties, courses in management and other non-clinical aspects of the health care industry provide practitioners the knowledge and skills to accept increasingly higher levels of responsibility.

Graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care will demonstrate:

•  General knowledge of science, social science, and language arts expected of someone who has earned a degree

•  Functional knowledge and understanding of advanced respiratory care theories and practice and related fields

•  Active participation in respiratory care as professionals in the field
