Independence University is the first and only college to offer accredited Respiratory Therapy programs at a distance, and we’ve been doing it successfully for over 30 years. We offer more health-care programs at a distance than any other private accredited college or university.

The college is a recognized member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.

Accreditation and endorsements assure you of high quality courses. Further, many public, private, and government agencies require recognized accreditation in order to approve reimbursement and to qualify you to sit for licensure.
